Herbs and oils that help release stress

Using an oil diffuser in your home and office helps release stress in the body and nervous system. Some essential oils I love to use are:

  • Eucalyptus – Helps with regulating the breath, aiding the lungs. Eucalyptus is a very soothing essential oil which can be used in showers to open up the respiratory system.
  • Peppermint – Aides in digestion. Gut health is the key to a healthy functioning body. Peppermint increases the flow of digestive juices and bile, relieving the gut muscles. Peppermint also helps to ease headaches, Use a dab of oil on your temples and massage for 60 seconds.
  • Rosemary – Is a restorative herb, helping recover from long term stress and chronic illnesses. Rosemary stimulates the adrenal glands. This herb is strictly used for debility, helping cure poor circulation and digestion. The aromatic smells of Rosemary will raise your vibration helping heal the spirit and mental well-being.
  • Lavender – Helps relieve anxiety aiding the nervous system. Lavender is well known for its soothing effect assisting with sleeplessness. Massaging a few drops on the temples eases headaches. Using Lavender in your bath helps relax muscle tension and tones the nervous system, encouraging sleep.

Stress is something we can control. Walk with intention and purpose with all that you do. You are in control of the being you’re reserving. Be kind to yourself, Speak life unto yourself daily. This healing journey is ongoing, We are all in this together.
